Before I introduce myself, I’d like to share my core values: Faith, Service, Excellence, and Collaboration.
These principles are the foundation of who I am and guide me in everything I do. They shape my actions, inspire my goals, and define the legacy I aim to leave behind. Through the endeavors I pursue, I strive to use my passions to make a meaningful mark on the world.
Service, in particular, holds a special place in my heart. I believe it is the purest expression of love and the most impactful way we can contribute to making a difference. I honor this value not only through community service but also by leveraging the skills I’ve developed throughout my career journey to serve my community. Across all my internships, I have sought to ensure that my work fosters meaningful connections and leaves a lasting impact on the audiences I engage with.

My name is Leah Ross, a 21-year-old proud native of Maryland, originating from the city of Waldorf. Currently, I am a Junior attending Delaware State University pursuing a degree in Public Relations & Advertising. While maintaining a 3.9 GPA, I have built my experience brick by brick with multiple internships, cohort experiences, and academic leadership. Through my experiences, I have developed a diverse skillset ranging from graphic design, social media management, and customer service. Through these skills, I strive to apply them in ways where I can reach out to diverse audiences to foster engagement and create an impact on my community.
